Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist on administration of local Human Resources policies and procedures.
2. Provide effective administration of recruitment, selection, and hiring policies and procedures.
3. Assist on new employees’ on-board and termination process.
4. Maintain employees' paper profiles management.
5. Responsible for attendance data download, weekly reports to Hiring Managers, and monthly analysis reports.
6. Participate as an active member of various Human Resources teams and committees.
7. Provide on-site support on O2 campus training.
8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
1. Junior college degree above, major in Human Resources Management or related is preferred.
2. At least 1 year in HR or related experience, experience in ER, recruiting, training or other HR functions is preferred.
3. Familiar with Labor Contract Law and PRC employment-related ordinances.
4. Good listening/communication skills, strong interpersonal ability.
5. Well team-worker with good cooperation ability.
6. Fluent in spoken and written English, passed CET-6 or above is a plus.
7. Excellent skill to operate Word/Excel/PowerPoint or other office applications.
8. Self-motivated, quick learner and Ability to problem-solve and make decisions with minimal supervision.
9. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
