岗位职责：
协助制订完善、组织实施HR管理有关规章制度和工作流程
发布招聘信息、筛选应聘人员资料，组织安排应聘人员面试
监督员工考勤、审核和办理请休假手续
办理员工入职及转正、调动、离职等手续
组织、实施员工文化娱乐活动
管理公司人事档案
协助实施员工培训
完成人事经理交付的其它事项
资历要求：
人办资源及管理类专业大学以上学历
1年以上人事工作经验
具有良好的道德品质，具备人力资源相关知识和技能
熟练操作电脑等办公设备
