为适应日益增长的消防检查和安全评估市场的需要，需要招聘招聘具有消防系统施工和检查以及安全总体评价经验的人才，以弥补深圳消防团队目前此类人才的不足。



工作职责：

1.可独立负责评估项目的消防图纸审查、现场查看并提出消防设计和施工中存在的问题；

2. 培训和带领年轻同事

3. 与业主和设计单位保持沟通、撰写技术笔记和评估报告

4. 帮助负责人开拓消防评估市场



职位要求：

1. 熟悉中国设计防火规范和其它相关的消防系统设计和施工规范，并具有丰富的相关经验

2. 本科及以上学历， 4- 5年消防设计、施工和项目管理或消防安全评估的经验，有酒店、工业等大型复杂项目工作经验者优先

3. 具备带领小规模团队的能力，项目管理的能力

4. 沟通能力强， 能建立良好的业主和其它设计单位以及公司同事的关系

5. 仅需要较少的指导就可独立开展工作

6. 良好的项目和时间管理能力，按时且高质量地完成工作

7. 较好的英语读写能力。

8.愿意学习新知识，迅速适应新类型的项目、学习新技能以面对新的挑战
