职位描述
任职资格：
1.大专及以上学历，人力资源或管理相关专业；
2.2年以上相关工作经验，IT行业工作优先；
3.了解人力资源各个模块，具有招聘、培训实操工作经验；
4.熟悉国家相关法律、法规、熟悉人力资源管理工作流程；
5.工作细致认真，具有较强的责任感和敬业精神，能够承受较大的工作压力。
二、岗位职责：
1.协助公司开展日常招聘工作；
2.负责员工月度考勤统计工作；
3.负责组织新员工入职培训和岗位培训；
4.负责员工人事信息的统计与档案管理；
5.负责员工入职、转正、培训、异动等手续；
6.负责协助起草公司各类公文以及规章制度。
7.完成上级领导交办的其他事宜。
