[What You Will Do]
Do you want to use your technical and management skills and bring them to the next level? Our Operations team is responsible for delivering 100,000 inspections, audits and lab tests per year. If you deeply believe that customer satisfaction must always come first, we would love to hear from you!

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Audit Services Manager, you will work closely with your KA customers and other internal parties to make sure that quality is maintained in all audit services (Ethical Audits, Manufacturing Audits, Environmental Audits) and that they are delivered in a timely manner.

[Your Responsibilities]
- In a truly multicultural team, you will manage KA Audit Clients to provide a high standard of customer service for your Key Accounts.
- Enhance our quality of service and maintain a low claim rate. Look for new ideas and solutions!
- Assure KA of timely delivery and maintain a high standard of audit report quality.
- Constantly uplift the audit knowledge of the back office and front-line auditors teams through training.
- To reach your goals, you will have to study the expectations of new key account clients, set up and control proper KPI to drive the KA projects, as well as build training materials. Once you understand your clients’ needs, you will organize an operation process to fit them.

[The Skills We're Looking For]
- You have 2 to 5 years experience in the audit field, or at a trading company, and you hold an industrial/engineering related degree.
- You exemplify strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
- You have a good ability to set priorities and be goal-oriented. You understand and demonstrate workplace confidentiality, teamwork and management skills.
- Your English, written and spoken, is fluent. You are also a Cantonese speaker.
- Experience in structural engineering / environmental engineering is a big plus.
