岗位描述Major Responsibilities:

Installation Manager
This position is responsible for the AP Field Services and Installation, may require occasional travel to responsible territories.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Initiate site survey, installation, field service, reporting, and trouble shooting guidelines. Integrate ongoing development and training of the team.
2. Communicate with the Project Managers. Plan installation schedules based on the forecast and resources.
3. Initiate and execute supervision audits throughout the process. Review current field service and installation process and improve continuously.
4. Develop, lead and support all regional installation teams. Evaluate, coach installation teams to improve the efficiency.
5 Provide immediate response to field requirements.
6. Supervision installation reports.
7. Subordinates performance management.
8. Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
9. Delivers 100% customer satisfaction on all jobs.
11. Perform other tasks per supervisor’s direction.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree.
2. Ability to assume a true leadership role, developing and managing an extensive regional team (installation and repair crew leaders & members).Capable of highly detailed scheduling, resource delegation, dispatch and reporting
3. Prior hands-on experience in the construction, installation, maintenance and/or repair services fields
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while providing immediate response and maintaining full focus on detail and quality
5. Availability to attend/supervise off-hour and weekend installation projects and respond to urgent matters when presented
6. Must be able to travel throughout assigned territory as needed.
7. Other Desired Qualifications:
Experience managing remote offices/personnel
Basic understanding of brand quality and high-end retail environments
Working knowledge of local building regulations and codes
Fluency in English a plus
