PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

·Responsible for new projects’ packing design.

负责与PD团队合作完成新产品的包装设计。

·Work together with PD team for new projects’ packing quotation and cost down for the old products’ packing cost.

负责与生产、PD、QA部门合作改善旧产品的包装，确保成本下降。

·Responsible for arranging production line, improving production line balance rate;

负责对产线各个工站进行合理排配，提升产线平衡率；

·Responsible for defining standard operation procedure;

·负责制定标准作业流程

·Responsible for defining labor hours and improving production efficiency;

·负责制定生产产品的工时及提高生产效率

·Ensure the continuous optimization of the processes to include labour, hours, materials and machine usage.

确保在人工、工时、材料及机器的使用方面流程的不断优化；

·Manage whole team and make sure that the management style of SMED/Lean Manufacturing and TPM be implemented in whole plant,

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT

· Technical qualification, university education or above, science and engineering major; Industrial design or industrial engineer major is preferential;

技术资格: 大专以上学历，理工科专业，工业设计或工业工程专业优先

· At least three years’ work experience in packing design, preferable in IE experiences ;
三年以上包装设计经验，且同时具有IE工作经验者优先；

· High levels of energy and self motivation, open and direct in communication
乐观开朗、积极向上、善于沟通.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Must be able to work flexible hours (including crossing shifts) as needed to efficiently improve the production efficiency and measuring working hours.. Mental stress is relative to producing accurate work, meeting deadlines and responding to urgent requests.
