任职要求：
1、专科以上学历，电子信息相关专业，5年以上工作经验，其中3年以上本岗位工作经验；

2、少5个弱电安防系统（包含门禁、监控、报警、停车场、楼宇对讲）；

3、负责管理并实施过至少3个合同金额在100W或以上项目的施工团队；

4、具有良好的沟通能力（与甲方、施工队、工程商等）；

5、具有严谨的细节把控能力；

6、有一级建造师、系统集成项目管理工程师资格证书者优先。

工作职责：
1、认真贯彻、执行公司的各项规章制度，全面负责项目工程进场前人力财力的组织工作和入场后施工现场的管理工作；

2、全面完成公司下达给项目部的各项考核指标，确保工程质量、安全、工期的实现，认真履行施工合同；

3、参加项目施工方案的设计和工程预结算的会审；

4. 负责主持编制和组织实施施工合同内容的施工进度计划，按时向公司汇报工程实物完成量，按时向甲方或工程商收取工程进度款；

5. 严格按公司质量管理体系工作和质量方针要求实现工程质量目标，负责组织对施工过程中的各种技术、质量、安全、成本等相关工作实施情况的考核；

6. 合理统筹安排好项目工程的物资、劳动力、施工技术、设备、后勤、行政等的管理工作。

7. 负责完成公司总经理授权处理的事宜，定期或不定期将工程现状上报公司，并执行公司的指令；
