Responsibilities

1. To design smart phone antenna and integrate the
antenna design into products according to product specifications. .

2. To work closely with RF design, mechanical design
and software engineers to adjust/tune antenna to ensure the product OTA
performance.

3. To ensure smoothness of product acceptance in
regulatory and operator testing globally.

Requirements

1. Master degree with 3+ years or Bachelor degree with
5+ years working experience in mobile phone antenna design.

2. Successfully delivered couple of smart phone
product(s) during recent years, as key contributor in the product design.

3. Hands-on experience in antenna design, tuning,
validation and problem solving on wide range of frequency bands.

4. Broad knowledge in major cellular (such as
GSM/UMTS/LTE) or non-cellular (BT, WLAN, GPS, NFC) systems and band
requirements for antenna design.

5. Experience with regulatory requirements and process
for wireless consumer devices such as FCC, PTCRB, CTIA, ETSI, TIA/EIA etc.

6. Experience with Americas product design or working
in international companies is preferred.
