职位描述：

1、来料检查部门的日常工作安排和人员的管理，及IQC检验员、拉长和技术员的培训；
2、来料检验管理优化策划，编制和修订检验相关指导文件；
3、识别和记录进料品质问题，拒收进料中的不合格品材料，记录检验结果并存档，及相应的报告整理和汇报；
4、来料品质异常处理与改善效果的确认，与采购一起推动供应商改善；
5、来料检验设备、检验工作台、设备设施、工装夹具的监测和使用维护管理；
6、定期统计和分析原材料入厂检验信息；


岗位要求：

1、具备丰富的机构件来料检查品质管理知识；
2、制造业-产品组装3年以上的IQC品质工程师经验；
3、具有供应商产品品质管理的经验；
4、具备一定英语读写能力，有机械类背景和经验者优先；
