- For Siemens Healthcare, we are looking for a customer service engineer at the earliest time.
What are my responsibilities:
- Provide services to our customers for Siemens Medical Equipments independently while taking account of economic aspects and customers’ satisfaction
- Performing installation, start-ups, maintenance, repaired and updates of all products within his area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision.
- Maintenance customer satisfaction in particular within the framework of customer services communicating with the uptime service center cs co-workers sales and other partners in his region collaborating with the uptime service center and adhering to CS process. support CS sales to archive mc sales volume.
what do I need to qualify for this job:
- College or above
- Technical expert in Med product
- Focus and Customer satisfaction;
- Good Learning skill & English skill;
- More than 2 years service experience in medical equipments, esp CT./MR/TH.
