职位描述
Responsibilities
1.To lead product quality team for BLU product quality and certification in global market.
2.To work with ODMs from product concepting phase to mass production, participate in ODM’s hardware/software testing plan review, testing result review as well as ensure final product quality and safety/reliability.
3.To coordinate product regulatory certification and operator acceptance process, track relevant issues reporting/solving timely.
4.To setup BLU product HW/SW quality standards and enforce the quality gating cross all products.
5.Being part of R&D leadership team for cooperation among different R&D projects and R&D functional teams.
Requirements
1.Master degree with 5+ years or Bachelor degree with 8+ years working experience in mobile phone product development, certification and quality assurance.
2.Successfully delivered couple of smart phone product(s) during recent years, as key contributor in the product development.
3.Broad experience in defining/executing smart phone product hardware and software quality standards.
4.Working experience in smart phone hardware testing, software testing and certification testing/approval.
5.Strong knowledge in HW/SW performance and reliability/stability measurement environment.
6.Familiar with testing and logging system setup for smart phones based on various OS (such as Android and Windows Phone) and chipset (such as Qualcomm and MTK).
7.Experience with Americas product development or working in international companies is preferred.
