职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Deliver on all areas of recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment related to professional and senior positions in the business operations.
2. Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates for senior positions utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to, internet postings and search, direct sourcing, employee referrals, job fairs, research, print media, networking and agencies.
3. Develop creative recruiting methods, meanwhile manage and coordinate recruitment efforts with retained and contingency recruitment vendors.
4. Build relationships with business leaders in order to assess their needs and provide solutions.
5. Conduct thorough telephone, face-to-face and video interviews with selected candidates for the senior positions as appropriate.
6. Keep hiring managers and HR partners informed of recruitment efforts and progress and advice on appropriate interview skills for senior positions.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, other recruiters, alumni groups, as well as business and trade associations to foster an ongoing pipeline of highly qualified candidates for senior positions.
Requirements
1. 5-10 years of broad and diversified professional / managerial level recruiting experience.
2. Excellent command of English skills.
3. Extensive knowledge of hiring practices, behavioral-based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and metrics. Telecommunication industry experience is preferred.
4. Person must be detail – oriented.
5. Person must be a contributing member of a team where any and all duties can be shared.
6. Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
