Role requirements:

? Responsible for sourcing new products in field of Plastic Machinery, Packaging Machinery, Steel Moulds and other items as per our customers requirements.

? 2 yrs working experience in buying / trading office. （两年贸易公司工作经验）
? Experience in Accounting, Client Payments and Factory Payments. （有财务方面经验）
? Computer knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other necessary programs including accounting. （会基本的电脑技能，比如表格，WORD，PPT等）
? Ability to manage a high & diverse workload and to meet deadlines. （有一定的抗压能力）
? Able to work independently with HQ buyers & overseas / local suppliers.（有独立的工作能力）
? Travel requirements may be up to 40% depending on customer requirements.（能接受出差）
? Very rich product knowledge with sourcing & negotiating experiences. （在产品搜索，谈价初步阶段有足够的经验）
? Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. （熟练英文，广东话和普通话）



Responsibilities:

- Oversee the merchandising activities to ensure customer satisfaction. （纵观销售计划，确保客人满意）
- Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities. （能和客人保持友好和长期的合作发展关系）
- Collect market information, organize and forward relating samples to purchase department for development. （收集市场信息，搜寻相关样品给采购部）
- Follow up orders and trace payment with customers. （跟单，记账）
- Travel and Visit factories and suppliers independently or with overseas buyers for negotiation and/or inspection of merchandise. （出差）
- Perform and complete independently other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Degree or similar with major in international trade or relevant subjects. 国际贸易相关专业
2. Above 2 years experience in merchandising/international trade, able to handle foreign trade process independently. 两年以上贸易相关经验，能独立处理外贸订单
3. Customer orientation, excellent price negotiation and communication skills - Our customers are our number one priority and should be for you as well. 以客户为主导， 有丰富的谈价和交流技巧）
4. Skilled in Microsoft Office application. （会基本办公室软件）
