Responsibilities:
- Ensure all cash and bank transactions in accordance with accounting policy as well as company guidelines
- Provide cash service in Beijing, SH, CD.
- Book all cash transactions accurately on daily basis. Count the cash amount at the end of every workday
- Make booking and posting for all cash transactions and reconciliation.
- Book incoming payments into Bank Journal in SAP
- Check conditions, confirmations and charges from banks
- Make monthly bank reconciliation
- Check the travel claim reports
- Binding up treasure and accounting vouchers
- Other miscellaneous and temporary work per request

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in finance related major
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a multi-national company
- Good computer skills with MS Office
- Excellent English skills both oral and written
- Organized, attention to details, service oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player
