职位描述
Take responsibility for PCB layout design confirmation, prototype validation and HW team development.
Main responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
● PCB layouts design and confirmation combining in-house and outsourced resources
● Identification of hardware issues and develop solution proposals.
● Develop and review proposals to increase system performance in areas such as:
○Power consumption
○Audio
○Video
○RF
● xVT Development Prototype validation.
● Support to key components selection.
Requirements:
Requirements:
● Bachelor in Hardware Engineering or Electronics, Master is preferred.
● Proficiency in PCB layout design and components selection (Knowledge on PADS Suite will be take into account).
● Hands-on experience in prototype bring-up, debugging and functional test.
● Good at communicating, with brilliant writing and oral expression ability in English.
● Know self-discipline and self-motivated, could work under pressure, Know how to make progress quickly.
● Honest and integrity, willing to pay the responsibility, team-work player.
全面负责PCB layout设计的确认，样品的验证以及硬件团队的建设。
岗位职责
1. PCB Layout 设计及确认，
2. 寻找硬件问题并提出解决方案，
3. 提出和评估能增加系统以下方面效果的方案，
a) 耗电量
b) 音频
c) 视频
d) 射频
4. 对产品研发各阶段模具的评估验证,
5. 协助关键零部件的选择。
任职要求
1. 本科学历以上，硬件工程或电子工程专业，硕士更佳；
2. 熟练掌握PCB Layout设计及硬件部件的选择（将评估应聘者对PADs套件的了解）；
3. 有模具开发、调试及功能测试方面的实操经验；
4. 良好的沟通、英语写作和会话能力；
5. 能自律，自我激励，承受工作压力，并能快速推进项目进程，
6. 诚实、正直、愿意承担责任，具有团队合作精神。
