此合同签第三方劳务派遣合同，合同期24个月。

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 

• Position requires a minimum Technical Diploma / Degree or equivalent in electronic, physics or mechanical engineering.

• Relevant semiconductor industry experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or procurement is preferred.

• Relevant experience in world-wide supplier management is preferred.

• Position requires strong negotiation skills to meet LT and costs targets.

• Ability to develop and provide technical feedback to supplier with limited engineering support.

• Ability to lead and coordinate supplier discussion on NDA and related legal document is advantageous.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Understanding of ERP system.

   

  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:     

• Reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions. Acts on requisitions promptly.
• Coordinates purchasing activities with engineering departments to acquire material in a cost effective and timely manner.
• Owns Purchase order management, e.g. ensure delivery on-time (OTD), past-dues and reschedules.
• Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity. Ensure vendor information and purchasing data are accurate and correctly maintained in ERP system.
• Performs cost analysis and volume planning for major commodities (e.g. materials, components, equipment and services).
• Monitors the cost, schedule and scope of assigned suppliers/subcontracts to negotiate highest quality at best value.
• Develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are no longer competitive. May recommend cost saving proposals including make-versus-buy analysis or alternative sourcing.
• Supports supplier assessment and other Supply chain initiatives led by Material Manager (where applicable)
• Interacts closely with suppliers and engineering/QA to resolve quality issues.
• Works with management to address all aspects of commodity management, including procurement support, commodity business plans, market trends assessment, pricing, and product availability. (where applicable)

  

OTHERS:

• Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
• Understanding of ERP system and MRP knowledge. Experience in SAP is an advantage.
