职位描述
该职位属于TNS Distribution China Office
China Support Coordinator Responsibilities.
- China region telephone and warranty support.
- Issue Return number and organise new units to be replaced.
- Complete Data Base customer information details and fault detail.
- Produce all Return reports each month for review with Directors.
- Tally up all Vendors returns for credit each month.
- Identify possible issues with any products reported.
- Interpret any Transworld freight documentation that is received from Transworld Freight in Chinese and translate to English. (Customer Documents).
- Assist and Work with Business Development Manager to coordinate samples from Vendors and CE /Power Certification requirement.
- Understand CE/Warranty Requirements through China as back up to Operations Manager
- Telephone support for TNS Distributed products generally.
Sales Coordinator Responsibilities
This role, will see you maintaining and providing first level support for the China Business Development Manager and their day to day operations.
- Assist with, sales collateral and reporting requirements and presentation materials for customer meetings.
- Receive inbound new business enquiries, provide relevant information, follow up and close when required.
- Assist with event management as required.
- Attend occasional client visits with Business Development Manager in order to learn the sales process if required.
Essential Key Competencies
- Fluent Mandarin and English speaker with excellent written English and Chinese language skills and ability to translate documents between the two.
- A ‘can do’ attitude.
- Good oral and written communication, including the ability to deal with a diverse range of clients, suppliers, stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
- An energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
- Goal oriented with a positive attitude to succeed.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Analytical skills with the ability to manipulate reports to get required information.
