-Strong product design and development experience in Christmas and other seasonal products
-Highly creative person sought
-Knowledge and insight into USA & European consumer tastes. Able to spot design trends.
-Strong experience working closely with China factories and an understanding of production. Exposure to developing items in different materials is a PLUS.
-Strong management skills required to manage and guide a team of company artists/drawers of multi cultures.
-Strong organizational & communication skills required
-Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and factories
-Frequent travel to China is a MUST.
-Strong follow-up skills and excellent attention to details
-Knowledge of computer graphic software – Coral Draw, Photoshop is an advantage
-Hard Working and diligent and self-motivated – able to work overtime and under pressure
-Good English is a MUST, knowledge of Mandarin is definitely an advantage
