Job Title: Regional Program Controller
Department: Finance
SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to: VP of Finance – Strategic Planning & Program Management

BASIC FUNCTION:

This high visibility position will work directly with the VP of Finance and cross functional teams including Segment Director, Program Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, Finance and Operations. The primary responsibilities will be the management and completion of customer quotations (CPQA) and the tracking of project financial performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Leads team of Program Controllers by providing financial expertise and support
? Manages regional workload of customer quotes and ensures completion is timely and accurate
? Develops and maintains templates for the customer quote process
? Prepares and reviews customer quotes/CPQA’s (APQP Gate 0 – Gate 1)
? Project financial performance (APQP Gate 1 – Gate 5)
o Support Program Manager with tracking project financial performance. On-going comparison and maintenance of project CPQA versus awarded CPQA
o Maintain project budget report
o Maintain project cash flow analysis including timing of capital and tooling spend
o Identify risks and exposures
o Provide the cross functional team with financial advice
o Change control financial review and approval
o Support financial controlling group with forecast information on projects
? Review and understand the plants development of standard overhead rates.
? Member of the CFT: Financial sign-off on all Gates during APQP process
? Preparation of monthly reports for management
? Completes and performs other duties/tasks as assigned.

STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor's degree with concentration in accounting / finance preferred
o Automotive experience.
? Strong managerial and leadership ability with a minimum 8-10 years related experience in plant controlling, pricing strategies and financial analysis.
? Strong cost accounting skills
? Highly effective:
o Analytical skills (ability to recognize and resolve issues).
o Verbal and written communication skills (regular interface with senior management).
? Must have advanced Excel skills, be computer literate and have experience in Microsoft Office.
? Experience in financial modeling in support of forecasting, M&A activities and make vs. buy analysis.
