工作职责：
Job description:

1. 对自动化测试设备ATE软件进行设计、优化与调试；
Design and modify ATE test application to support daily operation.

2. 配合新产品导入进行ATE测试项目设计及优化
Support and Cooperate with R&D on NPI projects.

3. 针对测试问题设计解决方案，缩短ATE测试时间，降低测试不良率；
Define testing issues and provide solutions to make continues improvement on efficiency.

4.主管交办的其他工作;
Other work assigned by supervisor.



岗位要求：
Job Requirement:

1.大学本科及以上学历，电子、计算机、电气或自动化等相关专业；
Bachelor or above with major in computer, electrical and automatic；

2. 3年以上ATE测试工作经验
At least 3 years related experience with ATE testing;

3. 良好英语沟通能力；
Excellent ability to read and write English and also good English speaking ability.

4. 良好沟通能力和团队合作意识；
Skilled in communication and have team work spirit.

5. 熟练掌握Labview和Teststand编程软件；
Proficient in Labview and Teststand.

6. 熟练应用Protel软件设计电路图；
Proficient in Protel.

7. 有强电产品工作经验者优先；
Power experience are recommended.
