TITLE: Temp CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR in Shenzhen
3.1 REPORTS TO: CS Supervisor
3.2 BASIC FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for acting as the liaison or coordinator between FCI's Customers or Sales personnel and home office functions such as engineering, logistics & manufacturing source by performing the following duties.
3.3 RESPONSIBILITIES:
3.3.1 Responsible for processing and expediting of orders.
3.3.2 Give quotes and technical information to FCI customers and sales personnel. Handle all inquiries and correspondence from customers and the sales force.
3.3.3 Has direct interface with the computer system responsible for updating customers' database.
3.3.4 Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, Warehouse, Material Control, and manufacturing sources to identify and solve customer requests and problems. Also to refer unusual problems to supervisor.
3.3.5 Interface with Quality personnel on complaints in that area.
3.3.6 Responsible for maintaining minimum backlogs with minimum aging on all requests (i.e. orders, quotations, expedites, material returns, sample requisitions, etc.)
3.3.7 Responsible for submitting monthly data (RFQ, OTDP) to Snr. CSA / CSA supervisor for the preparation of monthly reports in accordance with ISO policy.
3.3.8 Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
3.4 EDUCATION: Degree or diploma in marketing or business studies. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
3.5 EXPERIENCE: One to two years experience in a customer service environment. Possess good communication skills, pleasant personality and indication towards service oriented activities.
