职位描述：
1、负责各项行政管理制度的拟订、检查、监督和执行；
2、负责日常行政工作的全面管理及行政预算费控制；
3、负责人事招聘，筛选简历，面试，安排入职等手续办理；
4、负责公司社保，住房公积金，深户，就业登记等相关手续办理；
5、协助公司综合性文件起草或审核工作；根据领导审批，以公司名义签发有关文件、函件；
6、公司外联及各项活动的筹划工作。
任职要求:
1、要求女性，年龄23-28岁，专科以上，企业管理、行政管理、工商管理等专业优先；
2、3年以上行政或人事工作经验，其中2年以上行政管理工作经验；
3、熟悉现代化企业的系统化运作和管理，熟悉企业行政管理知识；
4、善于人际沟通协调，责任心强，服务意识强，考虑问题全面细致，性格开朗，有团队合作精神。
