We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who has a passion to work in a sales-led environment to further drive our brand and marketing strategies into a new era of market dominance. In this critical role, you’ll sit amongst the china leadership team supporting our operations business in creating new marketing initiatives, strengthening brand recognition and overseeing key strategies to position Hays as a thought-leader in the recruitment industry. Aside from being hands-on in all aspects of corporate marketing, you will also act as a trusted advisor to our Directors to assist them in developing value-adding marketing and PR exercises and planning across our four key markets in China.
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate a proven track-record in leading the marketing function in an international firm. You would ideally have at least 5-years’ working experience with excellent negotiation and problem solving skills. It is critical that you are familiar with different social media platforms, marketing and PR strategies, and have a keen eye for new and innovative ways to engage corporate customers and partners. You also need to demonstrate strong capability in marketing planning and execution, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders. Experience in managing external agencies and online marketing is highly preferred. Excellent command of English and Mandarin is a must.
