岗位职责：
通过QQ、电话等工具与客户沟通，及时解答客户提出的各种问题，达成交易。
    （1）负责收集客户信息，了解并分析客户需求，规划客户服务方案
    （2）负责进行有效的客户管理和沟通
    （3）定期或不定期进行客户回访，以检查客户关系维护的情况
    （4）负责发展维护良好的客户关系
    （5）建立客户档案、沟通跟踪记录等售后服务信息管理系统
任职要求：
   （1）20-28岁，大专以上文化程度，有网络客服工作经验一年以上，有淘宝/天猫客服工作经验者优先。
   （2）声音甜美柔和，态度亲切，做事细心，对客户有耐心
（3）、思维敏捷，反应快。

福利：
1、大小周工作制，法定社保，国家法定节假日
2、工作时间：9点—18点，午休1个小时
3、薪资：底薪+绩效，具体面议
