岗位职责：
1.SMT制程不良分析报告及改善；
2.SMT生产流程文件的制作；
3.SMT生产良率的提升；
4.SMT钢网设计及制作的跟进；
5.配合主管完成其它工作事项。

任职资格:
1.精通SMT生产工艺流程,有良好的分析、解决工艺问题的能力；
2.熟悉钢网开口设计，印刷工艺控制，炉温调试；
3.三年以上同等职位工作经验；
4.精通IPC-A-610E并能良好地应用。
