Key Job Responsibilities:

- Assist to draft and modify administration policies and responsible for execution

协助起草和修订行政有关政策并负责执行

- Establish administration usage and cost monitoring system

建立行政用品使用和成本监控系统

- Responsible for canteen satisfaction survey and improvement action surveillance to ensure food sanitation and safety

负责餐厅满意度调查和改善监督以确保食品卫生和安全

- Conduct office supplies usage analysis and work out effective action for cost down

进行办公用品用量分析并提出改善措施以降低成本

- Ensure environment and cleanness timely carried out and regular check implemented

确保环境和卫生清洁程序及时执行，例行监督措施执行到位

- Responsible for dormitory management and ensure safety & sanitation well implemented

负责宿舍管理确保人员财产安全、卫生到位

- Responsible for car usage planning and customer satisfaction

负责车辆使用计划和客户满意度提升

- Responsible for reception surveillance

负责前台接待监督

- Ensure all administration contract timely reviewed and terminated if necessary

负责行政合同到期及时评估及有需要时终止

Education/Experience Required:

- College above with administration relevant major.

大专以上学历，行政或相关专业

- 8 years solid experience in admin function with at least 2 years at supervisory position.

八年以上行政领域扎实经验，至少两年担任主管职位

- independent in problem solving, good communication skills

独立解决问题，良好的沟通能力

- PC literate, can use English as a working language

熟悉各类办公软件，英文可作为工作语言
