Job description :
- Program Management for the new business introduction
- Responsible for tracking the project schedule
- Realization of new revenue per projected plan
- Provide Periodic plan to track all new projects
- Track RFQ success rate
- Coordinate with sales to drive revenue
- Internal coordinate for factory/ NPI to realize success of product
- To coordinate to improve factory competitiveness
- Bridge the gap between factory and customer to win more new business
Requirement
- Min 3 years working experience in relevant industry field
- Preferably with technical degree
- Experience in project management
- Customer handling skillset experience
- Good Analytical skill and patient character
