Description:
The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for providing manufacturing and/or engineering process support in accordance with documented procedures and practices. The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, improvement and continuous reinforcement of established Quality Assurance fundamental practices that are utilized in the local business.
Requirements:
1. Pilot the continuous improvement program of the company, including corrective actions implementation and follow up with
related people.
2. Develop and strengthen operations processes according to ISO 9001 standard.
3. Support operations team for key customers special requests.
4. Perform monitoring of inspectors in Guangdong area and all over China when needed.
5. Perform Quality control inspections in Shenzhen/Dongguan.
6. Engineering Master Degree with 2 years Quality Management experience/background.
7. 5-10 years working experience. Engineering Industries.
8. Reponsible for writing QC procedures.
9. Communicate with customers regarding quality issues.
10. Handle Customer quality complaints.
11. Training of staff and suppliers.
12. Good English

Our core business is moulds making and exports and we exporting over 500 molds a year to our worldwide customers, Israel is our main market, about 70%, 5% of our moulds will stay in China for production, and others will be exported to USA and Europe. We have 3 teams which each team is being specialized in a different field and type of moulds from small size high precision to big size up to 35 TON., and also specialized in double injection parallel injection moulds and products, currently exporting over 50 double injection auto moulds a year.
