Roles and Responsibilities:工作职责:
？ Act as a key business partner and play a very important role in daily operation management committee

？ Leading and managing finance team and make sure all finance functions work very well
？ 领导和管理财务团队并保证财务功能能很好地发挥
？ Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting and provide finance recommendations to support operation management as needed.
日常监督财务计划，预算及预测并且提供良好的财务建议以支持日常运营管理
？ Formulate and implement finance policies and ensure business running at the efficiency and cost-saving track
制定和执行财务政策保证公司在高效和低成本轨道上运行
？ Manage relationship with suppliers, share holders, third party service providers and banker and government tax authorities
与供应商，各股东，第三方服务机构，银行及政府税务机构保持良好合作关系。
Qualifications : 资格要求：
？ Bachelor's degree or above in Accountancy or related disciplines, preferably with a professional accounting qualification.
本科及以上财务 及相关专业毕业
？ Familiar with China accounting and taxation rules and regulations
熟悉中国 会计、税务等法律法规
？ At least 8years above finance or accounting related working experience
至少8年以上财务相关工作经验
？ Initiative, proactive and good at analyzing and resolving problems
主动、有前瞻性善于分析和解决问题
？ Good team management experience and leadship skills, can communicate very well with different level staffs
？ 良好团队管理和领导能力，能与公司各层级 员工良好沟通
Good command of English is preferred
？ 良好的英文技能
