Position Description:
This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to join ELEVATE Global Ltd.- a leading provider of corporate social performance solutions. Our mission is to help companies implement supplier performance programs that achieve the responsible balance between doing good business and meeting supplier responsibility requirements. We work with retailers, brands, suppliers, and factories across a wide range of industries around the world, with particular expertise in electronics, apparel, footwear and hardlines. The primary responsibilities include the following:
? Support event planning, administration, and implementation
? Assist in program management and client communication
? Conduct data analysis and create reports in English and Chinese
? Support system setup and database maintenance
? Enhance the impact of current ELEVATE programs through collaboration with the ELEVATE Improvement Services team
Required Skills:
? Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
? Motivated, passionate, and proactive
? Ability to work both independently and in a team
? Detail orientated and impact focused
? Ability to understand complex problems and formulate solutions
? Willingness to take ownership of work and show initiative
? Advanced English writing and speaking skills

Required Knowledge & Experience:
? Masters degree in Sociology or related fields
? Understanding of labor issues, human rights issues and corporate social responsibility
? Experience in event planning and management
? Familiarity with systems and database management
? Advanced knowledge of SPSS
? Experience in analyzing and presenting data
? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software
