岗位要求：
1、18-32周岁，男女不限；
2、能够独立进行生产安排、人员调度、质量控制、现场管理；
3、沟通协调能力及执行能力强，有较强的承压能力，责任心强！
4、有一年以上电子生产线拉长管理者优先。

岗位职责：
1、根据生产计划，依据销售订单安排本组员工生产。
2、协调本组生产资源（人员，设备，原材料等），确保生产计划及时完成。
3、生产过程控制，确保员工的作业符合工艺、质量、操作及程序等要求。
4、及时反馈、协调解决生产过程中的异常问题。
5、生产现场5S,员工考勤、纪律的管控。
6、确保物料的安全性以及员工的安全保障。
7、新进员工的作业要求以及质量要求培训。
8、跟进订单的及时完成率、直通率以及生产损耗率。

   1、松岗、长莞长安、南山、西乡方向，可在沙井中心客运站下车，在乐安居站（乐安居对面）转乘653，在“横岗”站（终点站）下车，沿大公路前行约200即到。
