客服主管：
职位描述:
一、岗位职责：
1. 根据公司战略及竞争需要，制定客服部工作目标&计划；
2. Amazon、eBay、aliexpress等平台的客户管理维护工作，提高客户满意度；
3. 负责客服人员培训、考核等管理工作，协调和管理组内各人员工作，提高组员专业技能；
4. 持续监控，提升对订单风险的管控，处理客户订单,跟踪订单发货状态,确保订单的按时完成；
5. 带领团队，努力提升客户需求的处理速度以及客户问题的分析解决能力；
6. 完成上级交予的相关工作任务,积极协调公司各部，解决各种紧急异常问题。

二、任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，英文六级以上，英语阅读及书写能力强；
2. 有操作管理Amazon eBay aliexpress等国际电商平台经验，两年以上团队管理经验；
3. 沟通能力强，能独立解决各种客户问题，包括咨询、售后、处理投诉等，能预防可能出现的争议，妥善解决各种已出现的争议，最大程度的维护公司利益；
4. 有团队精神和服务意识，为人诚实守信，做事脚踏实地，较强的学习能力、应变能力，对电子商务外贸有兴趣和激情。
