任职资格：
1、大学本科平面设计或相关专业毕业；
2、1-2年在建筑、规划或城市设计行业领域的平面设计工作经验；

3、工作积极主动，适应力强，具备良好的团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力；
4、精通各种平面设计软件，具有活跃的思维和创意头脑；
5、能独立完成设计任务；
6、四级以上英语水平，熟练英语口语对话。

职位描述：
1、根据项目内容，通过与项目经理积极沟通，能有效的对项目文本进行文字、色彩、图片、图案的选择编排、版式设计及封面设计；
2、配合部门市场推广，设计部门宣传手册；
3、配合参与建立Graphic知识库

有较好的手绘功底者优先录取

Duties:

? Design and produce various of material related to marketing, communications and architecture.
? Develop collateral materials and templates in line with the brand standard to all materials produced consistently.
? Collaborates with internal clients to develop graphic design approaches for materials, programs, presentations and biding proposals to accomplish marketing/business plan goals.
? Photograph and retouch photos for marketing and communications purposes on the occasions of events and activities.


Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, interior design or related field.
? 1-2 years graphics experience in a visual communications related environment.
? Demonstrated creativity and strong conceptual and visual communications skills.
? Knowledge or experience in the field of architecture / interior design would be an advantage.
? Knowledge of print production.
? Advanced knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and PDF required. Familiar with artwork production and pre-printing.
? Ability to work effectively in an independent environment.
? Ability to complete tasks to meet deadlines with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
? Ability to communicate with English, both verbally and in writing.
