ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Work with warehouse teams to meet company targets: inventory accuracy, shipment accuracy, on time order delivery to different destinations, cost-per-unit, cost-per-shipment, etc.
? Oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution center, including receiving merchandise, sorting/allocating of merchandise, organizing and scheduling deliveries, providing on-going reports, measuring operations against KPIs to determine actual performance and areas for improvement.
? Must ensure compliance with all government and company safety regulations, as per Company policy.
? Work with the Distribution Center Manager to anticipate the warehouse operational needs and act accordingly to ensure all objectives are met; ensure the timely and accurate completion of inventory transfers, receiving of all inbound shipments, and shipment of all inbound orders.
? Ensure inventory accuracy through solid processes, cycle counts, annual inventory count and review of over/short reports.
? Complete and submit reports on warehouse status and effectiveness as required.
? Work with Internal Control Division on and off basis.
? Select,、 manage, train, schedule, evaluate, guide and discipline all staff to make sure all department expectations are met to build a positive team spirit; create an environment that is productive, friendly, and exciting whilst ensuring policy compliance.
? Resolves employee issues and works cooperatively with Human Resources to maintain an open door culture throughout the distribution center.
? Investigate operational errors to determine the cause, and recommend corrective action where needed.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor’s Degree in operations management, supply chain, logistics highly preferred or equivalent years of experience in related field.
? The ability to lead and motivate the team is required.
? 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory and inbound operations experience.
? Flunent in English withe excellent communication and presntation skills.
? Exceptionally strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
? Ability to ensure facility compliance in all aspects of health and safety including government, industry and company rules and regulations.
? Proven ability to manage change successfully.

? 通过定期库存盘点、年度库存盘点和审查短期报告等程序来确保库存的准确性。
? 根据要求，及时有效地完成和提交仓库业务报表。
? 协助内控部门处理日常工作。
? 从招聘、培训、工作安排、评估及指导和员工管理的过程中都需注重使各部门营造一种积极向上的团队精神。在遵守公司规章制度下能创造富有成效地、友好上进地工作氛围。
? 负责处理员工的个人问题和积极的配合人力资源部，共同营造及宣扬一种开明的公司企业文化。
? 调查及确定操作过程中的失误，并提出解决方案。

任职资格：
? 全日制本科及以上管理相关专业。具有多年物流或同等相关领域经验者优先。
? 良好的领导能力和激励团队的能力。
? 5年及以上的仓库、物流和进出口操作经验。
? 极强的英语读写能力，口语良好。
? 极强的沟通能力和人际关系处理能力。
? 熟悉国家相关法律法规，确保公司的运营符合国家相关行业的法律法规和公司的规章制度 。
? 应变能力强。
