主要职责Essential Job Functions
1. Ensure recruitment efforts meet staffing objectives within deadline, Aggressively search for appropriate candidates as per request by different channels(Job websites, campus recruitment, headhunters, etc)
2. Screen and Interview prospective employees, reference check and evaluate candidates
3. Ensure recruitment process complies with company policies and procedures and with government employment laws and regulations.
4. Establish and maintain talent pool.
5. Maintain Peoplesoft system data.
?6. Prepare HC related report.
7. Other ad hoc work assigned.

任职要求Education, Skills, Abilities, and Experience Required

1. Minimum of 3 year working experience in HR field, 2 year of related experience in recruitment
2. University Graduate with major in English, HR or related.
3. Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing.
4. Good at PeopleSoft or have other EHRS experience is preferred.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team .
