? Greater Job responsibilities include
o Build the bridge between the merchandising team and the sample room
o Assistance to the “Technical Manager” in the sample room
o Contact person in the sample room for the “Managing Director”
? Purchasing
o Responsible for material purchasing for the KJUS R&D Studio in Shenzhen
o Gathers purchasing instructions from merchandising team
o Follows up deliveries with the material suppliers
o Organizes trims from local suppliers
o Organizes and prepares meetings with material suppliers
? Inventory & Material Management
o Monitors material stock levels at KJUS Shenzhen Co., LTD
o Prepares materials for the sample production
o Orders new materials in due time
? Sample Room Secretary
o Supports the sample room team in secretary work
o Assists the “Technical Manager” with translation and interpretation work
o Link the sample room with the merchandising office
? Personell requirements
The “Purchaser & Material Coordinator” has the ability for analytic and holistic thinking. This position is filled by a person which is highly communicative, cooperative, able to work in a team and impartial. This person has a high sense of responsibility.
? Professional requirements:
- Several years’ experience to work in the textile/garment making industry
- Profound knowledge of using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
- Perfect knowledge of Chinese language (Mandarin and Cantonese); profound knowledge of English.
