Job Description:
1.Develop the company's SCM strategy to align with business strategy and ensure the cost is competitive to support the business success;
2.Organize resources and forces to implement and deploy sourcing activities. Ensure completion of annual material deflation plan;
3.Lead planning team to schedule production plan to maintain and improve performance of delivery on time, finish goods inventory, production linearity and customer satisfaction;
4.Lead purchasing team to schedule material requirement plan. Manage supplier on time delivery, raw material inventory and supplier performance;
5.Lead logistic team to handle import, export, book balance, warehousing, transportation and international trading compliance;
6.Be responsible for reviewing the forecast, defining planning strategy, supply planning, supplier management, purchasing contract, inventory management etc.
7.Ensures availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels.
8.Maintain supplier relationship.
9.Set up standard and system for internal RM stock and RM stock in supplier side.
10.Develop and update purchasing and supplier management tactics base on supply marketing changes.
11.Setting up streamlined processes to support the External Supplier Material/Supply Planning and so on;
12.Lead SCM team to achieve the targets: OTD, low cost, high quality, low stock, good service and support to production.

Competency Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications.Major in International trading or business management.
2.At least 10 years working experience in SCM with 5 years at managerial level.
3.Solid knowledge of planning, logistics, import/export, warehouse and value chain analysis; experienced in sourcing and supplier management.
4.Knowledge of Project Management, Lean management.
5.Strong knowledge of ERP.
6.Strategic thinking skills required.
7.Good at English, including Speaking, writing and reading.
8.Problem solving and trouble shooting.
9.Strategic and analytical thinking.
10.Demonstrated strong leadership with ability of building effective team, developing self and others.
11.Microsoft office, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
