岗位职责：
1、接待外来访客户；
2、来电咨询、转接，收发往来邮件；
3、办公室用品采购及管理、饮用水供应；
4、商务差旅安排，酒店预订等；
5、负责新员工入职资料登记；
6、负责公共设施的安全管理、维护、报修及公共区域的环境维护；
7、相关行政人事工作；
8、完成领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、1年以上前台工作经验，优秀应届毕业生也可考虑;
2、形象佳，声音甜美，懂得良好的职业礼仪；
3、工作积极主动，具备良好的沟通协调能力；
4、熟练应用办公自动化软件。
