岗位职责：
1、负责订单跟进；
2、负责完成销售客户在运营、物流、质量、售后的回访工作
3、负责处理服务的故障和客户的投诉处理，控制消费者满意度的跟踪及分析
4、负责退换货的处理及跟踪
5、完成上级主管交办的其他工作
素质要求：
1、有相关售后服务工作经验优先考虑
2、有耐心以及良好的沟通能力
3、应变能力强，具备处理突发事件的能力
4、高中学历以上，有良好的服务意识
