岗位职责:

1、负责拓展销售渠道，开发新客户，完成销售任务

2、协助客户分析财务状况，并制定全套保险/理财方案；包括证券、信托、保险、银行业务相关的服务工作，包括；

-为各阶层人士在保险领域提供保险理财规划及个人财务风险管理规划；

-为企业、集团、特定行业等提供团体保险的策划；

3、为客户提供优质的保险及金融产品和售后服务，协助他们逐一实现理财目标。

4、协助上级主管管理营销团队；

5、负责收集市场信息和客户建议，向客户传递公司产品与服务信息；维护客户关系以及客户间的长期战略合作计划。

任职要求：

1、性别不限，拥有广东工作2年及以上经验 （曾在深圳工作2年及以上经验者优先）

2、电子商务、市场营销或相关金融、保险等行业，大专以上学历，能力优胜者可放宽；

3、热爱互联网，熟悉微博、微信、社区应用，热衷于新媒体营销，擅长微博微信等新媒体资源的销售推广；

4 、具有良好的沟通和语言表达能力、人际交往能力，承压能力强，善于学习 ；

5 、有相关互联网营销等行业销售经验者，保险行业，房地产行业，直销行业经验者优先 。



工作时间 ： 每周一至周五， 9：0 0-18：0 0 （ 12 ： 00-1 ： 00 午休），周末双休，享受国家法定节假日
