一、岗位职责
1、遵循财务制度，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2、协助项目经理完成对各项目公司帐务的分析及财务的规化。
3、整理原始资料及数据，编制财务报表及分析报告；
4、完成其他項目所需配合的工作；

二、任职职责
1、会计及相关专业，大专及以上学历；
2、3年以上财务工作经验，尤其擅长成本核算和成本分析，有IPO工作经验者优先;
3、熟悉会计准则、会计法规和税法，能熟练正确编制财务报表；
4、熟练使用财务软件以及Excel的运用；
5、良好的学习能力、独立工作能力和财务分析能力；
6、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力、团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力。
7、具备IPO（新三板）上市经验！
