职位描述
岗位职责：
1.根据总公司下达的年度经营指标，组织制定人事计划；
2.负责招聘、筛选、考评、调动、培养等；
3.结合酒店的实际情况，制定本酒店工资、奖金、福利标准，报领导审批；负责工资、奖金、福利、加班及各种津贴报表的审批。
4.制定和跟踪落实人事部的年度、月度和每周的工作计划。
5.处理员工的违纪和犯规行为及调查报告；
6.与总办共同负责酒店培训及质检工作；
7.草拟、修改并执行人事各方面的规章制度；
8.制定酒店年度和月度的培训计划；
任职资格：
1.本科或以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、人力资源管理等相关专业；
2.3年以上四星级酒店或以上星级酒店的同等岗位的工作经验；
3.具有极强的组织协调性；
4.具有良好的职业操守、高度的责任心；
5.熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用。
6.熟练使用相关办公软件
