What you’ll do…

Accounting clerk

1.Daily works:
(1) Accounts Receivable:
a)Post daily customer payments
b)Provide cooperation to other department to resolve AR posting issue
c)Prepare the daily / monthly AR reconciliation reports

(2)Accounts Payable:
a)Check invoices and related supporting documents for payment processing.
b)Thoroughly checking and researching invoices and ensuring that correct G/L accounts are used

(3)Accounting:
a)Assist Accounting Coordinator to clear outstanding Reconciliation items
b)Assist Accounting Coordinator to prepare Journal Entry
c)Offer some good proposals to improve AR, AP and Accounting process

2.Monthly Works:
(1)Assist Accounting Coordinator to prepare the Month End Journal Entry
(2)Assist Accounting Coordinator to prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliation Schedules
(3)Assist for Monthly Reporting and Tax Filing

3.Yearly Works:
(1)Assist Accounting Supervisor for Yearly Audit documentation prepare
(2)Other task assign by Supervisors.

What you’ll bring…

1.Bachelor diploma
2.Having 2~3 years related Accounting working experience.
3.Good interpersonal and communicating skills.
4.Be fluent in writing and reading English. Can speak English.
5.Positive working attitude and strong responsibility sense.
6.Can work overtime and take great working pressure.
