Dealer evaluation 经销商评估

- Lead the definition of the evaluation criteria & content and create dealer evaluation forms in order to have a fair and compliant selection process with objective measurable selection criteria主导定义经销商招募评估标准及内容，为确保公平合规的甄选流程，根据客观可衡量的标准来创建经销商评估材料

- Set up the evaluation team with sales, aftersales, ND, and marketing to ensure a smooth selection process组织来自销售、售后、网络和市场的经销商评估团队，确保整个甄选环节的顺畅

- Monitor overall timeline of evaluation to ensure the on-time readiness of the retail distribution channel for BDNT管控整个评估项目的时间管控，确保BDNT终端网络的按时准备就绪

- Evaluate potential investors and communicating to them in a standardized tone so that the message is aligned with BDNT’s overall strategy寻找潜在投资者，沟通内容与BDNT整体战略方向保持一致

- Collect and information & data of investor to analyze the investor background in order to choose the best suitable investor for BDNT’s retail distribution channel收集相关信息和数据来分析投资者的背景，确保BDNT销售网络找到最合适的合作伙伴

- Draft and consolidate all investor information in order to make the shortlisted candidate with Network Development Manager草拟及合并所有投资者信息，与网络发展经理共同筛选出候选人

Dealer on-site assessment经销商实地考察评估

- Set up the on-site assessment team in order to ensure smooth on-site assessment组织实地考察团队，确保实地考察顺利进行

- Organize and support on-site interview and data collection in order to provide sufficient information for evaluation team组织及支持实地考察和数据收集工作，为评估小组提供充分的信息

- Consolidate the on-site assessment results from the team members and draft report and decision making proposals for Network Development Manager统计汇总各小组成员的实地考察评估结果，并提交决策建议给网络发展经理

Coordination with LCM / CDD Check 协调合规尽职调查

- Coordinating the regular CDD process with each CDD case and communicating with LCM in order to provide complete and accurate information for internal and external CDD check协调日常各合规项目的合规流程，与地方合规经理沟通，确保内外部合规调查信息的完整、准确

- Cooperate with LCM to execute the CDD Check and control each case’s timeline to ensure the overall timeline与地方合规经理共同执行合规调研，管控各个项目的时间进度来确保整体的时间表

- Consolidate and integrate the results of CDD check so that the decision making paper is aligned for the approval of Network Development Manager. 整合尽职调查的结果，与给网络发展经理审批的决策书保持一致

Decision recommendation 决议推荐

- Collect the whole dealer package and define the criteria 经销商相关信息汇总，定义标准

- Score each criteria and create a decision-making form for all dealer candidates 根据每条标准打分，为所有经销商候选人创建决策表

- Provide recommendations prioritized for approval of ECM 提供优先推荐经销商，获取执行委员会批准。

- Set up a process and regulations for critical political case. 为危机建立流程和规范

- Collect and analyze the critical information& policy together with Network Development Manager to find a feasible solution and execution proposal 与网络发展经理一起收集和分析关键信息和政策，提供一个可行的操作方案

- Coordinate with related dept. and external supports协调相关部门和来自外部的支持
