Title: Senior Merchandiser

CST is searching for a Senior Merchandiser in metal furniture who has more bath furniture background that is energized, self-motivated, and prepared to work in a fast-paced and growth driven environment.

Key Requirements
? 3+ years’ experience sourcing and developing metal furniture, especially bath furniture with focus on large retail accounts such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Target, BBB, Lowes, Kohl’s, Home Depot etc.
? 3+ years’ experience in product sourcing and product development.
? Good in spoken and written English
? Extensive knowledge of product sourcing strategies
? Good supplier negotiation skills
? Extensive MS Office skills with a key emphasis on MS Excel
? Highly organized and good team work with strong task follow-up capabilities
? Continuous learner
? Understands and applies the concept of teamwork
? Comfortable with frequent and extended travel to supplier locations in Asia
? Ability to work under pressure with constant deadlines
? Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work.
? Innovative, determined individual
? Dependable
Primary Responsibilities
? Responsible for the near and long term sourcing strategies for metal furniture products
? Ensure that the Company continually sources and purchases metal furniture products that offer best value with respect to product quality, on-time delivery, price, and service in the market
? Explore multiple channels (i.e., websites, metal furniture fairs, networking) on a regular basis and introduce new suppliers to the Company that add incremental value with respect to product design, competitive pricing and on-time delivery
