Role & Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with customer(exhibitor )for cargo delivery
2. Coordinate for customs declaration operation;
3. Cargo 2000 operation and coordinate for warehouse operation;
4. Document preparation for outbound /inbound shipment ,booking, B/L confirmation;
5. Send pre-alert and shipment follow up;
6. Truck booking.
7. Monitor custom clear status
8.arrange inland truck and send stand delivery instruction
9. Prepare billing report;
10. Customer complain and special focus handling

Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirements
1. Colleage graduate or above
2. 3 years or above working experience in logistics industry

Job Skills and Competencies for this position
1.Familiar with LCL/FCL,air & courier shipment
2. Have years experience for handling shipment under DDP terms
3. Familiar with Shipping line booking process;
4. Good communication skill for both oral and written English;
5. Good skill for PC and Microsoft office
6.strong sense for customer services
