Responsibility:

1.Relationship maintenance with assigned key account, support & service them on daliy basis per SOP requirement.

2.Manage various report per customer requirement. (KPI, invoicing, track & tracing report etc.)

3.Handle ad-hoc quotation & other assignments within the given time

Requirements:

1.Min 2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry (air / ocean activities), experience in customer service will be preferable

2.Good spoken & written English; excellent communication skills

3.Good PC knowledge of Word & Excel

4.Good team player, positive attitude under pressure.
