职位描述
一、业务员岗位职责：
1、完成上级下达的销售回款与工作目标；
2、在所辖的县级市场完成乡镇市场的分销与县级市场的铺货陈列等工作；
3、按计划及要求拜访客户，并填报经销商拜访跟踪表与终端拜访表；
4、按要求建立客户档案，并保持良好的客情关系；
5、收集市场动态与竞品信息，及时上报上级领导；
6、进行市场调查，发现有市场潜力的地区和客户；
7、按规定与要求张贴公司推出的各种宣传品；
8、完成上级领导交给的其他工作任务。
二、业务员入职要求：性别不限，22岁以上
1、中专以上学历，懂电脑操作，有较强的口头表达能力，思路敏捷，良好的人际沟通能力；
2、要求责任心强，肯吃苦耐劳，做事富有激情和主动性，诚实可信、富有团队合作精神；
3、乐于学习、敢于创新，追求卓越，敢于接受挑战，有一年以上业务工作经验者优先。
