一、职位描述

1·制定公司IT系统规划，整合信息系统。根据公司的业务发展，制订相应IT规划、团队组建，推动公司信息化建设，并能及时有效的就信息化建设向公司提供专业的资讯、建议和规划方案；

2·全面负责企业信息系统整体实施，并不断改进，有效推进项目的开展（当前是B2C,B2B-面向国外用户，公司内部ERP系统），架构维护内部管理系统；深度优化ERP系统，提高系统执行效率；

3·优化管理IT团队，负责IT部门团队的日常管理工作；

4·配合公司董事长、总经理，与业务、技术、财务、仓库和相关职能部门有效沟通，并提供及时的IT技术服务支持；根据公司业务发展和管理需求，负责对公司现有和需要实施的信息化系统进行评估、整合，制定相应的方案，并负责组织IT信息系统的开发、完善和维护工作；

5·负责公司的整体信息安全性，对公司的数据标准及信息保密制度、系统安全及灾难处置方法制定相应的标准和守则，负责组织处理突发信息安全事件；确保公司IT系统安全、高效、稳定运行；负责公司网络的安全和防范及管理；
6.根据公司要求，必须能自主开发ERP系统。

二、任职资格

1·本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业，良好的英语阅读能力；

2·5-8年以上专业工作经验，5年以前团队（最近团队需8人以上）管理经验；

3·思维活跃，眼界开阔，具有开阔的国际视野和创造力，对科技产品有一定范围的了解与兴趣，能快速适应科技行业平台；

4·学习能力强，熟悉国际零售批发平台网络最新模式，并能快速接受最新国际讯息；

5·有丰富的软件系统工程管理经验，能利用技术手段管理团队和进度追踪及结果审核；

6·有主导新（重大）项目的立项与实施经验，包括软件选型、实施、运维、升级等管理工作，制定IT系统各环节的管理制度。（需提供查看和验证的渠道）；

7·熟悉并精通net C#、PHP、Java等开发语言的任何一种，并有用上述语言开发成功的案例（需提供查询验证），熟悉并精通SQL Server、Oracle、My SQL 中任何一种数据库。
